Walter F. DuLaney (55), CPA, Chairman and CEO
Walt's early career was spent managing treasury and financial operations. Later, he became the CIO of a Fortune 300 company. Approximately 20 years ago he left the manufacturing industry to pursue a career with leading technology vendors including Oracle and SSA. His technology career evolved from software development into marketing, including responsibility for a $50M ERP product line at SSA. Over the last decade, he's built consulting organizations for several firms including CSC Index and The Concours Group (now nGenera). He propelled Concours to profitability within 12 months.
Steven A. Carlin (42), Vice President Sales & Marketing
Steve Carlin is an 20-year veteran executive adept at rapidly developing strategic markets using national alliances and partner programs to deliver accelerated sales and lower than average customer acquisition costs. Steve's work at start-up Net Explorer grew revenue to $30MM in 28 months. Steve's leadership and deep understanding of customer needs have earned him roles as a subject-matter-expert to the American Productivity and Quality Center's Internet Marketing & Sales Benchmarking study, and on partner advisory councils for AOL/Netscape, Sun/iPlanet, Broadstream, LiveSky and Vignette. Steve was a corporate officer of publicly traded Change Technology Partners.
